1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VibeStick ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

VibeStick is rated for all ages and suitable for everyone.

2.1 Users Under 18

• If you are under 18, please review these Terms with your parent or guardian
• By allowing your child to use the App, parents/guardians agree to these Terms on their behalf
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App

2.2 Users Under 13

• Children under 13 must have parental consent to create an account
• Parents/guardians may manage or delete their child's account at any time
• We encourage parental supervision for younger users

3. Account Registration

• You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person is permitted
• Parents/guardians are responsible for accounts created for their children

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of stickers and images you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you create and share. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to use source images
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws

4.3 Family-Friendly Content

As a family-friendly app, all content must be appropriate for all ages. Users must ensure their creations are suitable for a general audience.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

5.1 Content Violations

• Create content that is violent, gory, or depicts harm to people or animals
• Create content containing hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
• Create sexually explicit, suggestive, or adult-oriented content
• Create content promoting illegal activities, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
• Create content that is scary, disturbing, or inappropriate for children
• Create content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates others

5.2 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Use copyrighted characters, logos, or images without permission
• Impersonate others or create misleading content

5.3 Technical Violations

• Upload malware or harmful code
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes
• Violate WhatsApp, Telegram, or other platform terms

6. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe environment for all users:

• We may review and remove content that violates these Terms
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
• Users can report inappropriate content through the App
• We use automated systems and human review to enforce guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

VibeStick, its logo, design, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI features is subject to our license. You may use AI-generated stickers for personal use. AI-generated content is filtered to ensure family-friendly results.

8. Third-Party Services

• WhatsApp: Export feature is subject to WhatsApp's terms
• Telegram: Export feature is subject to Telegram's terms
• Google/Apple: Sign-in services are subject to their respective terms

We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

9. Cloud Storage

• Free accounts receive limited cloud storage
• We reserve the right to modify storage limits
• Unused accounts may have content removed after extended inactivity
• You are responsible for backing up important content

• Your use of the App

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Delete Account.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Create inappropriate or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse our services

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and your data may be deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeStick.
